“The construction work on the roof and the storm damaged interior of the Ajo Museum has been completed.Still, a cleanup is needed before the northern half can be open for public viewing”, says museum curator Louie Walters in asking for volunteers with mops and buckets to lend a hand Friday, January 9, beginning at 9 am.

Located at old St Catherine’s Indian Mission west of the mine overlook, the Ajo Museum is open daily from noon to 4 pm.
