ð Verification of low income, e.g. eligibility letter from Food Stamps or DES, pay stubs, or other documentation.
ð Proof that you are the custodial parent for each child.
ð Names, birthdates, clothing size, shoe size, and gift ideas for each child in your family living at your home. (Gift ideas are suggestions only— we do not guarantee specific gifts & cannot give out high-end electronic items like iPods, computers or game systems.)

*If you would like to donate a gift to the Angel Tree Program we will have trees up with the angel ornaments by Friday November 20th at the Ajo Community Center, Desert Senita Community Health Center, the National Bank of Arizona, and the Salazar-Ajo Library
